Accessibility Statement

Easy Health S.r.l. Società Benefit is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, in line with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the applicable accessibility regulations, including Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and the EN 301 549 technical standard for the European Union audience.

This statement describes the current conformance status of the website, the measures we have taken, the known limitations, and how to report any accessibility issue encountered while browsing.

Conformance status

The Easy Health website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2, level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard, for the reasons described in the "Known limitations" section below.

What we have done

As part of an ongoing effort to improve accessibility, the following measures have been implemented on the website:

Full keyboard navigation: every feature of the website, including navigation menus and their dropdowns, can be used without a mouse.
Skip link: a dedicated link allows users to jump directly to the main content, avoiding the need to tab through the navigation on every page load.
Visible focus: all interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields) display a clear visual indicator when they receive keyboard focus.
Accessible forms: form fields are associated with explicit labels, and validation errors are announced to screen reader users.
Colour contrast: the website's colour palette has been checked to ensure adequate contrast between text and background.
Semantic structure: pages use a heading, table, and list structure consistent with the meaning of the content, to support navigation with assistive technologies.
Reduced motion: the website respects the system preference for reduced motion ("prefers-reduced-motion") when set by the user.
Automated testing: the development process includes automated accessibility testing, including an automated axe-core check run on published pages, to identify and fix common issues promptly.

Known limitations

Despite our ongoing efforts, some limitations may still be present. Some historical content or content provided by third parties may not yet have been individually reviewed. Automated monitoring is ongoing and fixes are applied progressively, prioritising the issues with the greatest impact on the user experience.

Assistive technologies

The website has been designed to be compatible with recent versions of the main screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, used in combination with modern web browsers with JavaScript enabled.
